Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only for eligible products. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
A replacement request will be accepted only if:
- The product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- You notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
- You provide a clear unedited video of the package being opened from the beginning, showing:
- The shipping label.
- The sealed package before opening.
- The unboxing process.
- The issue with the product (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
Important: Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Request a Replacement
Please email us at support@yazora.in with:
- Your Order Number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- The unboxing video.
- Photos of the product (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery.
- No unboxing video provided.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Minor color or size variations due to lighting or screen settings.
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product.
Refund Policy
Yazora.in does not offer refunds.
We only provide replacement for eligible cases that meet the conditions mentioned above.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
