Thank you for shopping with Yazora.in. We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).
Delivery Time
Prepaid Orders
Orders paid online using our secure payment methods are shipped via Standard Delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders are processed after order verification.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
An additional ₹40 Cash on Delivery handling fee is applicable to all COD orders.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- An additional ₹40 COD handling fee will be charged for all Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use these details to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Remote delivery locations
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
Yazora.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Yazora.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect phone numbers, or recipient unavailability.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If a customer is unavailable after the maximum delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
For Cash on Delivery orders that are refused or repeatedly undeliverable, Yazora.in reserves the right to refuse future COD orders or require prepaid payment for future purchases.
